Just Dorkar provides digital IT services including but not limited to Website Design, Custom Software Development, Mobile App Development, SEO, and Social Media Marketing.

2. Payment Terms

Payments for services must be made securely through our integrated payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Cashfree). Depending on the project, full payment or a milestone-based advance payment is required before work commences.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full and final payment, the intellectual property rights of the final digital product (source code, graphics, website) are transferred to the client.

4. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of West Bengal.
